Pinoysatimog, sour graping lang ka lang kasi baka hindi talaga nakapasa sa interviews. And you only have Sutherland and Concentrix in Davao. The rest are little lousy call centers engaging in scams such as global connect who sells sex toys! So dapat wag na talaga mag invest sa davao! Look at Bacolod, they have Teletech, Teleperformance, Converygs, Transcomm Nucomm. All Big Callenters because they trust people there unlike in Davao. You better rot in the south jackass! DDS at patayan lang kayo magaling!

Basta, Wag na lang kayo mag invest sa Davao. You’ll just be frustrated with the agents here. Unprofessionals! Even Team Leaders and Operations Managers can’t even speak straight english! That’s why they are hiring imports from Manila and Cebu to stabilize the industry up to now!

BPO jobs are real jobs, those who say it’s not are sour graping coz they were not accepted.. Comparing Davao to Manila Call centers, Davao sucks! Agents speak in bisaya and find English corny! So how can you expect investments when Davao is lousy? Absenteeism rate is far out and getting nowhere. Davaoenos are lazy compared to Cebu and Manila professionals. Worst, Davaoenos are Crabs and pull each other down. Yes, Non English Speaking Crabs!

Surprisingly, even though Metro Davao is not as “noisy” as Metro Manila and Metro Cebu when they promote it for investments, it has steadily going up in the ranks of the most competitive cities in the country. Tinalo pa niya ang Quezon City kung san nakatambak ang mga call centers. Kudos Dabawenyos! Always be humble as the others continue to be fight each other for fame. Yung mabunga daw kasi na puno, yun ang palaging binabato.

Unfortunately, some Davao bizmen are riding on the wave of the call centers popularity. Davao should continue to strengthen its manpower development for manufacturing and industrial development. Davao City has 1.3 million citizens that can be mobilized at any one time. They have a strong industial agriculture and mining industry. Wag kayong gumaya sa Metro Manila at Cebu na call center lang ang target.

sabi nag (bayaw ko hindi masyado malaki sahod dyan kaya d2 sya cebu nagtatarabaho.wala na yang kailan naging province ang cebu.Cebu has many big schools,big establishment. davao kasi naka move on..bago lahat kasi naiwan tuloy.punta kau ayala cebu. talagang wala ang davao. tapos kung may ayala man dyan itayo..eh talagang naiwan ang davao sa cebu.

well, its very simple because they dont beleive davao to host many call canters.davao is not realy a progressive city.It somewhat like an agricultural city. did you what make cebu more populated because there many people who come here to find jobs.. Not only cebuanos and sorrounding provinces and mindanao is part of. why in davao do u think that theres squatters.. OMG. you should that davao is not comparable to cebu.In davao wala masyadong tall buildings and nkita ko marco pololang kumpara sa cebu may twin tower 43 story. taos d2 sa It nagsulpotan ang ang call center. at least nakatulong ang cebu emplyment.Sa bisaya pa sobra ra na dri cebu and niinvest diha. may bombing dyan..

security?i even have a teacher here in davao who originated in CDO…she even love to stay in davao cos it has a very great security…she can text in every streets in davao contrasting to CDO she said…i love staying in davao…but its the way company percieved to davao..but its ok lots of more jobs are still offered by the city

duh..davao has plenty of moslem population so people couldnt stop thinking that it isn’t safe to invest their money to that city as we all know the christian-moslem conflict.. this is 1 of the problems we are suffering today more particularly in mindanao area.
