Inquirer columnist Rina Jimenez-David describes as boring “Huling Baylan ng Buhi,” the award-winning film by young Davao filmmaker Anthony Sherad Sanchez. (David actually used the word “soporific” but she was just being nice.) In her column today, David also writes: “Riveting at some moments but confusing and confounding much of the time, �Huling Balyan� serves up a promising premise but falls over its over-burdened plot…”
