Some areas in Bajada will have no power from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday, April 13, as Davao Light and Power Company conducts pole electrical works on Rimas Street, beside the Shell station.

The nine-hour power interruption will be experienced in Jereza Subdivision, Aquino Subdivision, San Agustine Learning Center, UIC compound, the whole of Friendship road, Department of Science and Technology, Commission on Population, DSWD, Sto. Rosario, Philippine Maintenance for Mindanao, Dumanlas, Sto.Niño, Purok Anahaw, San Miguel, and Purok Talisay.

Davao Light’s crews will be transferring power distribution facilities to a newly erected electric post and afterwards remove the existing rotten pole. Line extensions will also be made to accommodate additional electric connections.

The company apologizes to affected customers for the service interruption.
