DAVAO CITY — Some P128 million worth of farm to market roads (FMR) is scheduled for implementation under the Mindanao Rural Development Program under Phase 2 and will be spread out in the six regions of the island.

I would recommend that a task force monitor the projects’ progress on a website.
Fund disbursements, authorizing and receiving parties will be identified.
Moreover, the site can be used to report delay, progress, and other matters that effect the project.
You’ll never know when the MRDP becomes another source of campaign funds for the upcoming 2010 elections.
