DAVAO CITY Karapatan Southern Mindanao, along with children’s rights advocate, will be staging an indignation rally here today to demand justice for Grecil Buya Galacio, the girl killed allegedly by the military in New Bataan, Compostella Valley Province, last March 31.

Karapatan should balance their advocacy……NPAs causes terror in the countryside and thats the reality. They should denounce first the CPP-NPA for them to be credible enough. Pulling out of troops as they wanted would cause these NPAs to maximize their activities. Karapatan are dumb and deaf of NPAs attrocities. No wonder the military tagged them as CPP-NPA front orgs
