On the 20th year of the massacre that killed 13 protesting farmers in Mendiola, farmers in Davao city stage a rally at the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) regional office, demanding the passage of the Genuine Agrarian Reform Bill (HB 3059), authored by AnakPawis Partylist Rep.
