Will Lozada’s exposé lead to another People Power?

This unsigned tarpaulin hangs at Freedom Park along Roxas Boulevard. Rodolfo Lozada has gained both critics and admirers since he testified in the Senate hearings and linked the first family to the crooked NBN-ZTE broadband contract. Justice Secretary Raul Gonzales has banned him in Iloilo public schools, Compostela Valley governor Arturo “Chiongkee” Uy has stated that he would not allow rallies starring Lozada in his province, if his approval was merited. At the same time, Lozada’s revelations have prompted schools like the Ateneo de Davao University to challenge GMA and other government officials tied to the corruption scandal to “Tell the Truth”, as seen hereon the background. Militant organizations, church and youth groups also claim that Lozada has been the catalyst that has swelled their ranks and — they predict — that will eventually oust GMA.
