Danilo Cullo, Commission on Election Second District Officer, gives the number of registered voters, 1st district in Davao City has 389,374 while the remaining numbers of the registered voters without biometrics data reach 65,722 as of October. He also said registered voters who applied for validation is only 779 or 16.9 percent. He said there is a possibility that the Comelec will open satellite offices in the 3rd district in Gaisano Mall Toril, NCCC Mall for the 1st district, and SMX Lanang for the 2nd district, to entertain qualified voters to have their biometric data.
