DAVAO CITY — Around 1:00 am Sunday, August 7, President Rodrigo Duterte visits the wake of four soldiers killed in a series of offensives by the New People’s Army in Monkayo, Compostela Valley Province. The soldiers were laid at rest inside Naval Station Felix Apolinario in Panacan, Davao City.
