Ronnie Clarion, regional spokesperson of Kabataan partylist in Southern Mindanao, talks about government’s neglect on education, resulting to an increase in the number of school drop-outs.  Clarion challenges the next administration to earmark a higher budget for  education and to create more public schools to make education more accessible to the poor.
