IN PHOTOS: World-class twin Expos opens in Davao City

DAVAO CITY, Philippines — The back-to-back trade shows of Philippine Building and Construction Expo (PHILBEX) and Travel and Leisure Expo (TLEX) Davao 2019 formally opened on Thursday, May 9, in SMX Convention Center in SM Lanang Premier, showcasing the latest innovations and products in the construction and tourism industries.

Organized by Worldbex Services International (WSI), PHILBEX Davao gathered the leading players in the industry – from construction companies, manufacturers, professionals, and stakeholders with the goal of developing and improving industry standards to the fast-growing construction and design sector of Mindanao.

In its 5th year, the trade show has over 200 booths and over 100 exhibitors taking over a total of 4,480 sq.m. of exhibition space.

Meanwhile, 3rd TLEX Davao is expected to further boost the region’s fast-growing tourism and hospitality industry.

TLEX Davao 2019 aims to make traveling and tourism pursuits more accessible for the people of Mindanao. This year, they have gathered some of the most reliable and trusted hotels, travel agencies, airlines, couriers, cruise lines, resorts, shipping companies, and recreational destinations.
