NO TO US INTERVENTION. “Access arrangement” with foreign troops is contrary to national sovereignty, national interest and the Constitution. This was how members of the militant Bagong Alyansang Makabayan viewed the plan of the Aquino government as they protest Thursday in Davao City. They slammed the plan of allowing US troops to make the country a temporary, worse permanent, base for the war on aggression through the “one-sided” Visiting Forces Agreement. If they don’t want US troops in the country then don’t ask the USA for help after earthquakes and typhoons. Don’t allow OFWs to work in the USA. Don’t ask the Americans to defend the Spratly islands. Don’t ask the USA for any financial assistance ever again. Period….

Are they going to fight the Chinese with pistols and handguns??

  • Joe Smith

I am tired of people bashing the USA.. us Americans give a lot of money to foreign countries after earthquakes and typhoons and we get no thanks for it. If foreign people hate the USA then why they like our movies? Why they want to come to the USA? Why they want us to fight their wars ? I am tired of ungrateful people.

Nuclear na ho ang labanan dito hindi na guns and riffles lang
Kailangan na makabuild up muna ang Pilipinas ng sarili
    pwersa.

Sorry dear americans, but most filipinos are idiot and irrational. Filipino’s pride is out of place here, they just think of their pride as a sovereign nation, as if they can defend themselves against high tech invaders. And maybe those groups are chinese funded.
As a filipino I welcome you and thank you for all your help.

  • Wan23

They don’t represent the majority and these oppositions are often funded communist party. If you are going to ask each and every filipino apart from those who are rallying the streets carrying placards with suspicious design and artworks then you’ll find the truth.

  • Wan23

don’t take it seriously. there’s a bit of sarcasm in that comment. I mean send them there and let them fight the invaders if they don’t want aid from the US.
