TAGUM CITY—Davao del Norte governor Anthony del Rosario sent his sympathies and condoled with the Davao blast victims which resulted to the death of 14 individuals and injured more than 60 others.

Davao del Norte governor Anthony del Rosario, in a statement on Sunday, September 4, branded the incident as a “dastardly act of terrorism.”

“We condemn in the strongest terms this senseless attack. It is not only an assault on the Dabawenyo people, but on all humanity, as well.”

While praying for the quick recovery of those who injured, Del Rosario said the “peace-loving” people of Davao del Norte “stand with you in this hour of grief.”

The governor has also affirmed its unequivocal support to Duterte’s declaration of State of Lawlessness “to harden our defenses and secure our communities.”

“All efforts must be exhausted to bring the perpetrators to justice. We cannot allow them to win,” Del Rosario said. (davaotoday.com)
