Davao City Mayor and Presidential daughter Sara Duterte-Carpio has placed herself under quarantine as a precautionary measure against the spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19), her office reported on Thursday, March 12.

Palace declares state of emergency over COVID-19 outbreak
