Progressive groups in Davao said the call from Davao officials to exempt Martial Law in Mindanao may be good, but said they can do more to push for the lifting of this declaration in the whole of Mindanao.

City Council eyes financial aid to senior citizens

Qualified seniors citizens may soon receive annual financial assistance from the local government after the City Council mulled an ordinance for the said matter.
