The impulse that the administration of President Rodrigo Duterte is now portraying on the possibility of having the peace talks localized in lieu of the snagged negotiations between the Government of the Republic of the Philippines and the National Democratic Front of the Philippines is nothing but a perception of absurdity and stupidity.

Proposal to amend traffic code raised

Councilor Pilar Braga, in her privilege speech on Tuesday, proposed to amend the Ordinance No. 0334-12 known as the Comprehensive Transport and Traffic Code of Davao City.
