Police have been sent to public and private cemeteries today ahead of the observance of All Saints' Day and All Souls' Day.this week.

Ordinance for Chinese-themed facade establishment urged

The Davao City Chinatown Development Council urged the passing of an ordinance requiring to be constructed or renovated establishments to have Chinese-themed façade in the Chinatown area.

Barangays being trained for initial response to disasters but some lack rescue equipments

Only a few barangays in the city are fully-equipped with rescue equipments that can be used in times of disasters, according to the Davao City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (DCRRMO).
