CHR starts probe on torture of Lumad farmer in Malita

The Commission on Human Rights on Thursday, March 17, said it will be sending a team from Manila to investigate the torture case of an indigenous farmer that was allegedly tortured by the military and militias in Demoloc, Malita, Davao Occidental on February 19.

Reacting on the latest Social Weather Station (SWS) survey, presidential candidate and Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte on Monday, March 14 said that his campaign is not shaped by survey, pointing out that he is not bothered at all.
