Lawmaker says killings of Davao farmers part of counter-insurgency

A solon from the Makabayan bloc denounced on Monday, October 2, the recent killings of two farmers in Davao region, saying these were a part of the government's counter-insurgency program.

Task Force Bangon Marawi reported a total of of 90,867 medical consultations and 320,800 nutrition services provided for residents of Marawi City who have been displaced by the ongoing war between government forces and Islamic State-linked militants.
