PCUP chair Ridon: No demolition sans relocation

Presidential Commission for the Urban Poor Chairman Terry Ridon said shanties of squatters will not be demolished until the government will be able to scout for a suitable relocation site.

Contractualization in DOLE Order 174 is alive—KMU

Saying that labor contractualization is still alive under the Department of Labor and Employment Order No. 174, members of the militant labor group Kilusang Mayo Uno pressed on Wednesday President Rodrigo Duterte to junk the latest guideline.
