President Rodrigo Duterte reiterated his demand to the communists to sign a document of a bilateral ceasefire agreement with the government before releasing some 100 political prisoners.
A mini hydro-power plant project that is expected to generate 74-giga watts per hour of energy for the Mindanao grid will be put up here and the commissioning would start by the first quarter of 2019.
