Duterte sets ultimatum for CPP to reciprocate ceasefire declaration

President Rodrigo Duterte has set another deadline for the Communist Party of the Philippines, this time to reciprocate the unilateral ceasefire he declared during his first State of the Nation Address on Monday, July 25.

Duterte, CPP differ in views on soldiers pullout amidst ceasefire

President Rodrigo Duterte reiterated that he will not pull out military troops from the rural communities even with his declaration of a unilateral ceasefire.
