Inflation in Davao Region drops at 2.13 percent in Q3 2015  

Davao Region’s average inflation rate for the 3rd quarter last year dropped to 2.13 percent, which was 1.90 percentage points lower than the level recorded in the same quarter in 2014.

Peasant group scores Poe for ‘reversing historical truth’ on coco levy issue

A peasant group has criticized on Friday, March 11, Presidential aspirant, Senator Grace Poe for siding with business mogul Eduardo “Danding” Cojuangco Jr. and accused Poe of “reversing the historical truth” on the coconut levy fund issue.

Private schools throw full support to DepEd’s SHS program

The Coordinating Council of Private Educational Associations (COCOPEA), a conglomeration of private schools, colleges and universities in the country, has expressed its full support to the implementation of Department of Education’s senior high school program next school year, an official said on Thursday, March 10.
