RMN-Davao fires 2 more journalists for airing labor woes

Two more media workers of Radio Mindanao Network DXDC Davao station (RMN-DXDC Davao) were sacked from their posts today. The incident came just 10 days after top network management unjustly terminated RMN Davao station manager Mario Maximo “Dodong” Solis.

Peasant leader killed in Davao, 7th extrajudicial killing under Noynoy

By ANNE MARXZE D. UMIL A farmer was shot dead in front of his child inside his house in sitio Narra, barangay Paquibato Proper in Davao City. Naldo Labrador, 39, a member of Paquibato District Farmers’ Association (Padifa) and Farmers Association in Davao City- Kilusang Magbubukid sa Pilipinas (FADC-KMP) was killed Sept. 3.
