The city’s health officers are encouraging openness among men to adapt to family planning methods and other reproductive health issues, in their bid to alter the “very low acceptance rate" to a family planning procedure.

Police here has been placed on full alert status starting on Monday, a week before the nation’s observance of All Saints Day (November 1) and All Souls Day (November 2) or Undas, a police official said.
