PASAKA Southern Mindanao spokesperson Isidro Indao accused the Army's 60th Infantry Battalion as behind the throwing of spikes against a contingent of visiting human rights advocates in sitio Kapatagan, Barangay Gupitan, Kapalong, Davao del Norte. Indao said indigenous peoples only use bamboo spikes or bagacay weapon for hunting or for their tribal wars.
