Mayor Rodrigo Duterte said he is going to seek executive pardon for Alexander “Lex” Adonis, the Davao broadcaster jailed for libel for reporting on the “Burlesque King” scandal, involving Duterte’s political rival, first district Congressman Prospero Nograles.
