Davao activists hope Duterte changes mind

Militant groups here are hopeful that Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte will continue the peace talks between the government and the National Democratic Front of the Philippines.

The Public Safety and Security Coordinating Council of Davao said the military and police will be taking active measures against elements “that seek havoc within the city.”
