Filipinos’ optimism hits record high under Duterte admin

More than half of Filipinos said they expected their quality of life and better economy under the administration of President Rodrigo Duterte, according to a survey by the Social Weather Stations.

Nationwide #BlackFriday protest vs. Marcos burial set today

Despite the heavy downpour of rain expected today, thousands of activists and Martial Law victims are expected to join the “Black Friday” protest action to denounce the burial of the late dictator Ferdinand Marcos at the Heroes’ Cemetery.
