NO TERMINATIONS. Digna Salmasan of the City Health Office says that the dengue cases in the city have gone down through the efforts of the community down to the barangay level. The decreased number of dengue cases is good news not just to the patients and their families, but to the personnel of the CHO as well. Mayor Sara Duterte had earlier threatened to sack CHO officials if the number of dengue cases, which had reached more than 4,000 since January, would not decrease. (Paulo C. Rizal/davaotoday.com)
