LETTER WRITING DAY

More than 300 students from private and public high schools in the city participated during the 2nd National Letter Writing Day held at the SM Ecoland, Thursday. The students were given with free postal stamps so that they could mail the letters to their loved ones. The activity which aims to pass on the value of writing and receiving letters to the next generation was initiated by the Philippine Postal Corporation (Philpost), Department of Education (DepEd) and Komisyon ng Wikang Filipino.
