ARMM, DAR ink MOA for Italy’s P2.5B grant for agrarian communities

The Italian government granted the country’s PHP 2.5 Billion-worth of soft loan with 0.15 percent interest per annum to develop the 35 agrarian reform communities not only in the ARMM but also in the Soccsksargen region covering 53,000 households and 31,500 agrarian reform beneficiaries.

NPA’s Sanchez said five troops were wounded in the ambush that was aimed at “deterring troops” who were on their way to the tactical command post in Alang-alang detachment.  He noted that it is where the military “mounted two batteries of 105 howitzers that conducted shelling operations towards the village of Cabilao.”
