5 HIV cases reported in Sto. Tomas

Based on the data pooled from the confirmed HIV/AIDS cases, the proliferation of the deadly HIV virus attributed to their “risky sexual behaviors” which involves engaging in “unprotected” sex with multiple partners, high needle sharing, practice of anal sex and low condom use, among others.

Group steals P300,000-worth of cables, paralyzes telecommunication lines in DavNor

Manalop said the incident has been causing inconvenience to their 250 business and residential subscribers as telecommunication lines were paralyzed.  Government offices, schools and business establishments, he added, have been asking for a speedy resolution.
