Survey says Davao youth starts drinking, smoking as early as 12 years old  

A recent survey conducted by the Institute of Popular Opinion (IPO) of the University of Mindanao revealed that the youth here started smoking and drinking when they were 12 years old, six years earlier than the common age.

BTC completes final report on new BBL draft

The Bangsamoro Transition Commission announced on Friday the completion of the new draft of the Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) that will be forwarded to the BTC Coordinating Committee for review and approval before its submission to the Office of the President.

Except for one political detainee who died while in prison, the numbers of political prisoners released and those arrested under the present government are equal, the National Democratic Front of the Philippines said.
