A Davao City councilor said the city’s internal revenue allocation (IRA) from the national budget has been reduced this year but the budget department claims that there has been no such reduction.

Taxi drivers trooped to Mayor Rodrigo Duterte to come clean over the issue of “contract” scheme which involved charging passengers without using their taxi meters at the Davao City International Airport.

Pag sila na ang mopalit, mahal na kaayo (Most farmers rent their lands, borrow pesiticides and seedlings. But when they sell their product, it’s cheap.
