PIMENTEL FILES ELECTORAL SABOTAGE CHARGES AGAINST SOUTH/NORTH COTABATO POLL EXECS
MANILA — Genuine Opposition senatorial candidate Aquilino ?Koko? Pimentel III today filed electoral sabotage charges against provincial election supervisors Lilia Radam of South Cotabato and Yogie Martizar of North Cotabato for tampering and padding the votes of certain Team Unity senatorial candidates in the provincial certificates of canvass (COC) in flagrant violation of election laws.

DAVAO CITY — Forest occupants of Mt. Tipolog in Barangay Tawan-Tawan, Baguio District hailed the endorsement of the city council of their application for a community-based forest management agreement (CBFMA).
The forest occupants, who comprise the Mt. Tipolog Bantay Kinaiyahan Farmers Association, also got the backing of the tribal council of Tawan-Tawan.

ILIGAN CITY — To Sahraman Palawan, the registered mail could not have come at a better time. An elementary school teacher from Marawi City, Sahraman is also father and provider to a family of 13 children, with his wife a full-time homemaker. From there, he and his family could pick up the car and drive it home to nearby Marawi City.
