The Davao City Police Office claimed Wednesday ​it was nearing completion of its anti-illegal drug campaign “Oplan Tokhang” with police visiting 12,000 houses of suspected drug users and pushers in a span of six months since President Rodrigo Duterte ordered its implementation.
