MANILA — Lakas-CMD and Team Unity Senatorial candidate Cesar Montano urged the graduating class of Lyceum of the Philippines to use their talents and educational know-how to uplift the conditions of the majority of the people. Speaking yesterday at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) for the 57th commencement exercises of his alma mater where he studied civil engineering, Montano used his own life history as an example to encourage the graduates to ?aim high.?
