Power interruptions set on Mar. 26-27

The Davao Light and Power Co. announced Thursday, Mar. 23 that they will conduct two 15-minute power interruptions on March 26 and March 27 affecting the city's major areas.

STANDPOINT| Philippines Should Adopt Same-Sex Marriage

Duterte’s backtracking is easily remedied. He and his government should demonstrate the political will to push through legislation to protect the rights of the country’s LGBT population, starting with same-sex marriage.
