Drought is avoidable only if these farmers have access to water services. Poverty and hunger is preventable only if the people have the equal share and access to resources. Disaster is preventable only if the government will provide and do its obligations to its people.

Power interruptions up on April 6-7

The Davao Light and Power Co. announced on Tuesday, April 5 that it will implement two sets of 15-minute switching power interruptions on April 6 and 7 to facilitate the National Grid Corporations of the Philippines' Preventive Maintenance Shutdown (PMS) of its Davao Substation.
