A peace group’s wish for President Rodrigo Duterte’s State of the Nation Address (SONA) Monday, July 27, is for the revival of the peace negotiations between the government and Communist rebels.

MinDA asks IATF to suspend “oppressive” policy on barriers for motorcycles
