Local church leaders have expressed their optimism that the planned revival of the peace negotiations will continue for good this time following the announcement of President Duterte that he wants to revive the talks with the Communist rebels.

11 charged for transport of fossilized giant clams in Oro

Eleven people caught transporting fossilized giant clams or “taklobo” in Barangay Lumbia here Tuesday dawn are now facing administrative and criminal charges, a Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources-10 (BFAR-10) official said Wednesday.

Mindanao SUC Games, a training ground for world-class athletes
