Gov’t agencies inspect bus terminals in CDO in time for Holy Week

Government agencies have started its round of inspection in public areas of convergence starting Monday to make sure that those who are going back to their homes for the holidays are safe while traveling.

Thousands expected to visit Normin religious sites during Lent

More than half a million individuals are expected to visit the various pilgrimage sites in Northern Mindanao, especially in Misamis Oriental, during the Holy Week, a tourism official said.

Cooperation with Asean members needed for PH to resolve sea row with China

The country must assert its own claim to ownership of the contested territory in the West Philippine Sea (WPS) but it has to seek the help of other nations in the region so it could have a bigger voice against the aggressive actions of an Asian superpower, a militant lawmaker said Tuesday.
