Coca-Cola workers’ struggle continues

Members of Kilusang Manggagawa ng Coca-Cola (KIMACO KMU) staged another protest action on Monday, April 9, to call for the reinstatement of 65 workers who were dismissed last month and the regularization of all contractual workers under Coca-Cola FEMSA Davao.

The City Health Office has recorded 25 death cases due to measles as of November 2017 to April 2018.

AFP plans biz protection oplan vs NPA offensives

10 Coca-Cola workers face charges after a protest in Davao City

Workers of giant bottling company Coca-Cola here were protesting their retrenchment from the company when they were violently dispersed, and 10 of them, including their leader were arrested and filed charges of grave coercion.
