Davao City imposes fines for persons not wearing face masks

Persons not wearing or taking off face masks in public places in Davao City will be meted fines and one-month imprisonment on the third offense, as stipulated in a new city ordinance.

Davao City joins other Davao provinces under MGCQ

Davao City has now shifted to modified general community quarantine starting today July 1 up to July 15 after over a month of being placed under general community quarantine to address the coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.

The city government of Davao assured residents that they are managing the new cases of coronavirus (Covid-19) with the entry of stranded individuals and overseas workers in to the city in recent weeks.
