A sickly political prisoner was released Thursday in a twist of sad fate showing that it took more than four years for the court to realize that the person who filed the information lacked the authority after all.

NDFP recommends the release of 3 POWS in Sultan Kudarat, Surigao del Sur

The National Democratic Front of the Philippines said it will recommend to the New People’s Army to release the three prisoners-of-war in Sultan Kudarat and Surigao del Sur as measure of goodwill in the peace negotiations.
