RP call centers reel from world’s highest turnover

That image of a “successful call center executive making it in the business world is lost to these call center agents who are just too glad to quit the industry.

Museo Dabawenyo opens

Disease-causing toxin found in Davao, Gensan rice

The US FDA defines aflatoxin as toxic compounds produced by certain strains of the aspergillus fungus; it is toxic and carcinogenic. Exposure to high level of aflatoxin, according to the DOST, produces acute necrosis or tissue death, as well as cirrhosis and carcinoma of the liver.
