MANILA — The Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) is calling for a thorough and transparent review of government?s contract for the installation of a broadband network.
To mitigate the impact of the strong peso, the PBGEA said today it will ask the government to cut down on its fees for banana exporters. The Davao region is the top banana producer in the country.

DBP president and chief executive officer Reynaldo G. David who met with the Davao Region businessmen including those from other parts of Mindanao during an investor?s presentation in coordination with the Davao City Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc. (DCCCI) said they want to be part on more development projects that would guarantee more jobs.

MANILA – Philippine Airlines has increased its planned Boeing 777-300
Extended Range fleet to a total of six aircraft – four on firm order and
