The City Health Office (CHO) here confirmed that there is a shortage of anti-rabies vaccine for humans.

Complaints vs Davao cops down at 38 for Q1

A total of 38 complaints were filed against police forces at the Regional Internal Affairs Service in Davao Region (RIAS 11) for the first quarter of 2018.
