‘Long overdue’, envi group says on new task group to monitor quarrying

The city government’s formation of a task group to monitor quarry operations in the city is long overdue, says an environment group which has raised concern on 80 quarrying sites in the city.

Customs sets final reshipment of South Korean wastes

The Bureau of Customs in Northern Mindanao (BOC-10) said it will be sending the last batch of imported wastes back to South Korea by next week.

Envi group says switch to washable masks will save beaches

An environmental group is appealing to the public to switch from wearing medical or surgical masks in this pandemic to reusable masks to save the environment.
